non-profit client of TGC Search is looking to hire a fulltime
Program Manager
to lead the planning and execution of events while supporting a variety of community-driven initiatives. This role requires
strong communication skills
and the ability to work closely with both staff and volunteer
leadership
.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute all logistics for in-person and virtual events in partnership with senior staff and volunteer leaders
Provide administrative support and operational guidance to multiple committees and initiative groups
Collaborate with the communications team to ensure all printed and digital event materials are accurate and delivered on schedule
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of event-related data in the organization’s CRM system
Support overall community engagement efforts through responsive and consistent internal coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in program or event management, preferably in a mission-driven or nonprofit setting
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels
Proficient with Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems preferred
