Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to join the Hope Coalition nonprofit team. The Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs to achieve the organization’s mission, managing budgets, staff, and resources while ensuring program effectiveness and impact.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
Program Development & Management:
Develop, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
Manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively.
Develop and implement program policies and procedures.
Track program outcomes and assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
Identify areas for program improvement and innovation.
Staff & Volunteer Management:
Supervise and mentor program staff and volunteers.
Provide training and development opportunities.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Fundraising & Grant Writing:
Identify and pursue funding opportunities, including grants and donations.
Develop and write grant proposals with a grants manager.
Manage donor relationships.
Community Engagement & Outreach:
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness of programs and services.
Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
Data Management & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and report on program data to demonstrate impact and effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of program activities and participant information.
Prepare reports for funders and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social work, education, community development, nonprofit management).
3-5 years of management or leadership experience
Relevant experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of program evaluation and data analysis techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
