Role Description
We’re building our bench of independent consultants and contractors who are passionate about strengthening the nonprofit sector. This is a contract-based opportunity with flexible, remote/hybrid work options. Current areas of interest include:
Marketing Consultants with expertise in brand strategy, content, digital campaigns, or donor communications.
Fundraising Consultants experienced in annual campaigns, major gifts, grant writing, or capital campaigns.
Strategic Planning Consultants who facilitate retreats, develop multi-year strategic plans, or offer organizational assessments.
General Nonprofit Consultants or Former Executives who bring a broad understanding of nonprofit leadership, operations, and board development.
Projects are assigned based on fit, availability, and client needs. Exceptional consultants may be invited into longer-term engagements or collaborative opportunities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the focus areas listed above
Experience working with or within nonprofit organizations OR consulting experience
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree/MBA preferred
Preference for candidates with experience serving faith-based or community-based organizations
