Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations by educating the public on their mission, goals, and supported causes
Persuasively communicate the impact of donations to inspire continued donor support
Build lasting relationships with donors, supporters, and the community
Plan and execute outreach campaigns in community and retail settings to raise awareness for charitable causes
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when engaging with the public
Achieve fundraising targets while preserving the integrity of nonprofit partners
Accurately track donor contributions and maintain records of interactions
Collaborate with a team to strategize, optimize, and improve outreach efforts
Qualifications:
Genuine passion for supporting charitable causes and making a positive community impact
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving results
Experience in customer service, sales, or event coordination is an asset but not required
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event schedules
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred
