What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build the strategy for the Nonprofit Success domain in North America

Lead a portfolio of nonprofits to enhance their adoption and usage of the platform

Create and conduct online and in-person training sessions for nonprofits

Implement complex workflows for strategic partners within the program

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify creative collaboration opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

At least three years of experience in customer success, implementation consulting, or a similar role in a SaaS company

Ability to manage an entire project from start to finish

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Team player with a proactive approach

Passion for working with nonprofits
