Position: Nonprofit Community Outreach Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nonprofit Community Outreach Assistant to connect with potential donors and strengthen our nonprofit’s presence in the community. This role is essential in fostering meaningful relationships, increasing donor engagement, and supporting fundraising efforts that drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities of the Nonprofit Community Outreach Assistant:
Serve as a key point of contact for prospective donors, educating them about our organization’s mission and fundraising initiatives.
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with supporters to enhance engagement and donor retention.
Provide guidance to potential donors, answering questions and offering personalized giving opportunities.
Represent the organization at outreach events, community gatherings, and donor appreciation activities.
Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for donor cultivation and fundraising campaigns.
Gather feedback from donors and community members to improve outreach efforts and fundraising strategies.
Stay informed on trends and best practices in nonprofit fundraising and community engagement.
Track and analyze donor participation, event attendance, and fundraising outcomes to help meet organizational goals.

Nonprofit Community Outreach AssistantRequirements:
Must be available for local travel to attend events and meetings as needed.
Preference for candidates who can start within 2-3 weeks.
Comfortable interacting with diverse groups in community-based settings.
Ability to stand for extended periods during outreach events.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one year of experience in community outreach, donor relations, customer service, or a related field, preferably within a nonprofit setting.
