The Role:
Employment Coordinator – (Full Time, M–F 9AM–5PM) Greenbelt MD – Fair Fax VA Region
You are a relationship builder, a problem-solver, and a motivator. You believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. As our next Employment Coordinator, you’ll help refugees and asylees secure sustainable employment that supports their long-term success.
You’ll Succeed If You:
Have a proven track record of placing job seekers into sustainable, long-term employment
Are comfortable working onsite five days a week and traveling locally with clients or to business locations to ensure success
Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers and workforce partners
Can coordinate job readiness training, job fairs, and workshops with confidence
Are highly organized, outcome-driven, and team-oriented

Qualifications
What You Bring:
A bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience
Previous experience with immigrant or refugee populations strongly preferred
Excellent communication, documentation, and public speaking skills
Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel (10–30%)
