Full Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate respite caregiving services under general direction.
Schedule and conduct in-home assessments for clients utilizing respite voucher services.
Learn and utilize the AIM database under the guidance of the Social Services Coordinator to input and manage client data.
Oversee the quarterly distribution of respite voucher mailings.
Provide support, resources, and guidance to clients and their families.
Maintain accurate records and complete required reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with partner agencies and caregiver organizations to advocate for and promote respite services.
Conduct annual in-home reassessments to ensure continued eligibility and appropriate support.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role or working with seniors, caregivers, or grandparents raising grandchildren preferred.
Familiarity with community resources is highly desirable.
Strong communication, organizational, and self-management skills.
Must obtain certification for intake/screening using OKDHS forms (training provided by the agency).
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to travel as required; monthly mileage reimbursement provided.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
