Responsibilities
Engage with the community to promote the non-profit’s mission and programs.
Manage store operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Recruit new volunteers and supporters to expand our outreach efforts.
Conduct retail sales activities, including selling merchandise that supports our cause.
Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance visibility in the community.
Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management in the store.
Requirements
Previous experience in store management or retail sales is preferred.
Strong skills in supervising staff and managing shifts effectively.
Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Experience in recruiting volunteers or staff is a plus.
Knowledge of wireless sales or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
