The Community String Project (CSP) is a 50l(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide affordable and accessible string lessons, transforming lives through an innovative music program. We serve students in the East Bay area of Rhode Island, regardless of income, through innovative youth after-school and adult music programs centered on string instruments.
CSP seeks a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as Executive Director (ED) and Program Director (PD) to advance the mission and agenda of the organization. These two part time positions may be combine to one full time position.
The salary range for the full-time position (ED and PD combined) is $50,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience. The part time positions range in salary from $25,000-$30-000.
Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and experience in organizational administration, preferably non-profit. Fundraising, fund development and budgeting experiences are preferred. Excellent planning, organizational, and people skills are essential. Program Director should have experience in music education and/or other arts education programs. A strong commitment to the CSP mission is vital for both positions.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
