Responsibilities

Engage in public speaking opportunities to represent the organization at events and meetings.
Coordinate fundraising activities, including planning events and cultivating donor relationships.
Recruit new volunteers and staff members to enhance program capacity.
Utilize social media platforms for marketing purposes, promoting events, and engaging with the community.
Collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders to foster partnerships that advance public health initiatives.
Requirements
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Strong public speaking abilities, comfortable presenting in front of diverse audiences.
Experience in program development, demonstrating creativity in designing effective initiatives.
Knowledge of volunteer management practices, fostering a positive environment for team members.
Proficiency in project management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and objectives.
Familiarity with public health concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
