Non Profit Co Executive Director of Programs Jobs in Durham, NC at Devine Management Consulting, LLC
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 year project management experience.
Immediate hire: 12 month contract with an option to extend.
Salary: $80K (non-negotiable) + benefits
Location: Hybrid role working onsite and remote
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversight of Programs – oversees programs, provides effective communications, and manage grants
Marketing/Communications/PR – follow the mission, values and goals, communicate with BIPOC mindfulness community, supervise marketing and independent IT contractors
Fund Development/Fundraising – raise and maintain funds, engage in events, partner with funders
Overall management of the agency – other duties as assigned
