Role Description:
The Non-profit Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position located in San Ramon, CA. This role is responsible for develop and manage youth center as well as identifying and cultivating relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community organizations to support ROYA FOUNDATION’s programs and long-term sustainability. Day-to-day operation youth center. The position also involves coordinating outreach events, presenting the organization’s mission to potential partners, and collaborating with program and communications teams to align funding strategies with organizational priorities. The individual in this role will monitor performance metrics, provide regular reports on fundraising and partnership activities, and help refine touth development strategies to maximize impact.
Job Description:
The Roya Foundation is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Director of Operations for the San Ramon Youth Center.
We are seeking a self-motivated and independent professional with expertise in high-tech to join our team. This position requires a commitment from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Key responsibilities for the Director of Operations include:
– Developing and supervising youth programming that engages and inspires our participants
– Conducting program evaluations to assess effectiveness and impact
– Building and maintaining strong relationships within the community and with donors to enhance program outreach and support
– Researching, developing, and applying for grants
– Managing fundraising events
Youth Center Description:
A youth center plays a significant role in the community by providing a safe, supportive environment for young people. Here are some key roles involved:

- Proficiency in research and data analysis to identify prospects, understand funding trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Experience with CRM or donor management systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Ability to plan and execute outreach campaigns and events, working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to ROYA FOUNDATION’s mission, with sensitivity to diverse communities and a highly ethical approach to fundraising and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Non-profit Management, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in the civic or social sector is highly valued.
