Overview
The Brandon Burlsworth Foundation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Non-profit Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and the community, promoting our mission and engaging with donors. Candidate must possess a kind-hearted spirit, strong communication skills, a commitment to service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Engage with community members, local, state, and nationwide, to promote awareness of our programs and services.
Maintain data entry for accurate records of interactions and outreach efforts.
Provide administrative support and manage office tasks.
Serve at the front desk, welcoming visitors and providing information about our organization.
Assist in project coordination by supporting various initiatives and ensuring timelines are met.
Oversee office management tasks to maintain an organized, neat, and efficient work environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a non-profit environment is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in data entry, phone systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in front desk operations or administrative roles is advantageous.
Familiarity with project coordination principles is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining kindness and professionalism.
