Through camps, workshops, leadership training, and more, we help youth build character, develop resilience, and unlock their full potential—on and off the field.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Volunteer Administrative Manager to support our operations as we grow. This is a part-time volunteer position (5–8 hours/week) ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in youth development and nonprofit work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day administrative tasks and communications
Maintain records, track program and donor information, and organize digital files
Support scheduling and meeting coordination for leadership and staff
Help with volunteer management, data entry, and basic reporting
Contribute to grant, fundraising, and event planning support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar tools
Previous administrative or nonprofit experience is a plus but not required
A passion for youth empowerment, sports, and community service
