We are seeking a dedicated Network Housing Developer to join our team role involves collaborating with the PSH team to identify and develop housing opportunities, maintaining relationships with landlords and housing providers, and supporting clients in attaining affordable housing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist individuals in obtaining affordable housing.
Foster relationships with landlords, housing agencies, and community resources.
Recruit and maintain landlord partnerships within the Illinois metro-east region, focusing on Belleville, Edwardsville, and Collinsville, aiming to recruit at least 40 landlord providers.
Create and maintain an affordable housing directory for PSH participants.
Coordinate with landlords and property managers to address lease issues and facilitate client move-ins.
Process rental applications, conduct housing assessments, and ensure compliance with building codes and lease agreements.
Prepare reports, logs, and documentation related to housing and client progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience in real estate, housing, or SUD-related fields preferred.
Knowledge of outreach, supportive housing programs, and the Housing First Model.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and time management skills.
