NAYC Youth Church Development Coordinator (Part Time)
Northampton Association of Youth Clubs (NAYC), Part Time, 26 hours, Permanent, Term Time only, Northampton
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be instrumental in the development of community-based youth provision that meets the needs of young people across Northamptonshire.
NAYC are an established youth charity developing the potential in all young people. We provide a countywide youth service in the voluntary sector and currently support a membership of around 150 youth groups.
The main purpose of this role:
To help local communities set up new youth groups.
To support youth group leaders & volunteers with advice & training.
To deliver fun and engaging activity sessions, projects & events for young people aged 8-18.
To work with other organisations, including local councils & education providers.
We are currently expanding our Young Leaders training programme and developing new wellbeing youth cafes.
