• Set vision for LLSC’s major gifts program

• Build scalable donor engagement strategies
Requirements:
• 7-10+ years in fundraising or major gifts
• Proven success in securing transformational gifts
• Experience leading fundraising teams
• Strong knowledge of donor engagement principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
