At Radical One, we’re looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce Consultant to join our Consulting team and support the successful delivery of Salesforce projects through discovery, business analysis, functional documentation, declarative configuration, testing, and client collaboration.
This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional with strong declarative skills, a consulting mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
As a Mid-Level Salesforce Consultant, you will participate in client discovery sessions, gather and document requirements, configure Salesforce environments using declarative and low-code tools, support QA and UAT activities, and collaborate with consultants, developers, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, communicative, and comfortable working across multiple projects with ownership and accountability.
What you’ll do
- Participate in discovery sessions, requirement-gathering meetings, and client-facing project conversations.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Configure Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flows, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, security settings, and data management.
- Support QA, UAT, troubleshooting, and solution validation.
- Communicate progress, blockers, risks, and recommendations clearly with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Salesforce teams to deliver practical and client-centered solutions.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of professional Salesforce experience.
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with declarative Salesforce configuration and low-code tools.
- Experience with Flows, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, security, and data management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication, organization, ownership, and consulting mindset.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during business hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
- Salesforce AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist.
- Experience with AppExchange solutions or managed packages.
- Experience working with associations, memberships, donations, events, nonprofit operations, or mission-driven business models.
