Operating across multiple regions worldwide, FINCA works to empower underserved communities through financial inclusion, social enterprise, and impact-driven development programs.

Over the next five years, FINCA aims to impact 40 million lives and secure $400 million in donor and investor capital to support this mission. Achieving this vision will require a more scalable, data-driven, and digitally sophisticated fundraising model capable of deepening donor engagement while directly connecting supporters to measurable client impact.

About the Role

The Mid-Level Giving Officer is responsible for managing and growing FINCA’s mid-level donor program by strengthening relationships with donors whose giving demonstrates the potential for deeper engagement and future major or planned gifts. This role serves as a bridge between FINCA’s direct marketing program and its major gifts program by cultivating donors who respond to personalized philanthropic engagement.

The Officer manages a portfolio of up to 1,000 donors making gifts in the range of $500 to $5,000 per year. The Officer enhances engagement with these individuals to increase retention and giving levels as well as to identify and qualify potential major donor and planned giving prospects.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and relationship-oriented, with experience leveraging data to segment audiences and drive engagement and results. The Officer also must be highly organized, proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and deeply motivated by FINCA’s mission to expand economic opportunity and end global poverty.

Direct Mail Oversight

  • Serve as primary point of contact for the Direct Mail Agency on production timelines, creative reviews, and package approvals.

Collaboration & Strategy
