Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including PTSD, crisis situations, and developmental disabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and the ability to work with diverse populations, including geriatrics and those facing gender issues.

We are expanding our clinical team and seeking passionate, empathetic, and growth-oriented ASWs, AMFTs, and APCCs are eager to serve diverse communities and gain valuable hours toward licensure. Position: ACSW/AMFT/APCC Clinical Therapist. We are also hiring licensed clinicians, LCSW and MFTs.
Duties
Conduct Trauma Informed individual and group therapy sessions focusing on mental health and emotional well-being.
Provide direct support to clients experiencing PTSD, crisis situations, and other mental health issues.
Utilize therapeutic modalities such as art therapy to engage clients in the healing process.
Develop treatment plans based on assessments and client needs, incorporating ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding where applicable.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
Address gender issues counseling as needed, ensuring a safe space for all clients.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in therapy.
Requirements
A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Valid licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
Experience working with individuals facing PTSD, crisis management, or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Familiarity with ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding systems is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of therapeutic techniques including , TF-CBT, and geriatric care is a plus.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
