2. About the Opportunity: The Member Services Coordinator will lead the Group Account Billing function, aiming to expand the program's value, increase adoption among radiology practices, and enhance operational efficiency. This role ensures effective management of billing activities while identifying opportunities to improve program impact, scalability, and customer value.
3. Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Group Account Billing program by expanding its value and adoption
- Manage group billing operations including facility rosters, invoicing, payments, and participation monitoring
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system integrations and billing experiences
- Provide targeted customer support related to billing and account management
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and Freshdesk according to team standards
- Process member payments accurately and timely
- Assist with membership application processing and workflow improvements
- Maintain and audit customer and membership data ensuring accuracy and consistency
4. Requirements:
- 12 years of related experience, particularly in billing operations within member-facing environments
- Some higher education required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient in data analysis to interpret trends and identify improvements
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
- Ability to manage member inquiries and ensure positive experiences
- Technical proficiency with billing systems, CRM tools, and MS Office
- Experience with Salesforce/Nimble and/or Freshdesk is a plus
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize under deadlines
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Estimated hourly pay range: $30.00 to $39.00
