ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Builds and maintains authentic, trust-based relationships with corporate leaders, community stakeholders, and member organizations.
Leads and manages the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a seamless and engaging introduction to CHI and Downtown Houston+, while fostering strong initial connections and setting the foundation for long-term membership success.
Facilitates regularcommunicationand targeted outreach to keep CHI members informed, engaged, and actively involved in Downtown Houston+ initiatives.
Designs, plans, and implements engaging member-focused events, assemblies, tours, and outreach programs that showcase Downtown Houston while enhancing membership growth and satisfaction.
Oversees the membership renewal process, ensuring timely follow-up and member retention.
Creates and managescommunicationmaterials while maintaining accurate member records, including participation, interests, and feedback, using CRM tools.
