Position: Member Management Assistant (age 18+) Referral
UpRiver Village helps older adults remain living in their own homes and engaged in their communities as long as possible by providing social activities and extensive volunteer services in Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview and Wood Village.
The Member Management Assistant will work with others to respond to membership inquiries, enroll new UpRiver Village members, process member renewals, provide initial member orientation, assess member satisfaction and offer ideas for improving member services.
Can be done remotely when convenient for the volunteer.
Opportunity Requirements:
Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this opportunity.
