As an Impact Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing wraparound support to our members, connecting them with essential community resources, and ensuring their voices are heard. You’ll cultivate relationships with community partners, facilitate seamless referrals, and help members access the tools they need to thrive. Additionally, you’ll gather inspiring testimonials to highlight thepositive impactof our work, making sure that every member’s story is shared and celebrated.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management & Support:Connect members with resources and community partners, ensuring they receive the wraparound support they need to succeed.
Community Partner Liaison:Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, providing warm hand-offs and ongoingcollaborationto meet members’ needs.
Therapy Provider Coordination:Work alongside therapy providers to ensure coordinated care and monitor the progress of members receiving therapeutic support.
Member Engagement & Workshops:Ensure members are invited to, and supported in attending, weekly workshops and other programs designed to empower and uplift.
Quarterly Testimonials:Collect, document, and share inspiring testimonials from members, highlighting their journeys and the transformative impact of our services.

HERment Duties:Perform any other Empow
HERment duties as required.
Welcome Packets:Work on welcome packets for new members, ensuring that they have a welcome kit.
Qualifications:
Experience:Previous experience in case management, social services, or related fields.
Skills:Strongcommunication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities with a proactive,solution-orientedapproach.
Passion:A deep commitment to empowering women and fostering positive change within the community.
Pay:$18 per hour
Hours:Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday | 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM
