What You Will Do:
Achieve: Load and unload Goodwill trucks. Sort donated goods. Operate heavy equipment such as baler, tipper and compacter. Potential to be trained as a forklift operator
Support: Responsible for supporting colleagues and the outlet store team by filling and rotating tables, maintaining the work environment in a clean and orderly fashion, and adhering to all GIRE safety and personnel policies.
Communicate: Ensure the safety of your environment through proper training, and communication with your team and with appropriate staff members from other parts of the organization.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
Willingness to learn
The ability to maintain productivity and work with a sense of accomplishment and a sense of urgency
Proven ability to speak, read, write in English and count
Ability to take direction and work independently or with minimal supervision
Physical stamina to perform tasks for full work shift
Ability to comprehend operating and safety instructions.
