Marketing Support Volunteers – Locks Heath, Yateley Dibden Jobs in New Milton, UK at Age Concern Hampshire
Outline of the role
Age Concern Hampshire is looking for friendly and enthusiastic marketing volunteers to support the promotion of our Care & Wellbeing Centres across Hampshire (Locks Heath, Yateley, Dibden and New Milton). We are recruiting multiple volunteers to help raise awareness of services and events at their local centre and promote these within the community, and act as positive ambassadors for the work we do with older people.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, engaging with their local community and helping make a difference. By supporting local marketing and engagement activity, you’ll help more older people and families discover the support, companionship and wellbeing opportunities available through our centres.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping distribute posters, leaflets and promotional materials within the local community.
- Supporting awareness raising through community groups, local networks and word of mouth.
- Sharing approved social media content and campaigns through personal and community networks where appropriate.
- Supporting local events, talks, fairs and engagement opportunities.
- Helping gather stories, photographs and feedback (with consent) to help showcase the impact of the centre.
- Supporting awareness of volunteering opportunities and community activities linked to the centre.

Support and Training
You will receive an induction to Age Concern Hampshire and the role, along with ongoing support from the Marketing Manager and wider team. Relevant training will be provided, including guidance on systems, branding, safeguarding and communication standards.
