As our Marketing & Paid Media Manager, you will help connect more people with the power of live music. Through data-driven marketing strategies, audience insights, and high-performing campaigns, you'll play a key role in growing audiences, driving ticket sales, and strengthening patron engagement. Here's how you'll make a difference:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support subscription sales, single-ticket revenue, and audience growth.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital, social, search, and traditional advertising channels to maximize performance and return on investment.
  • Partner with advertising agencies and media vendors, managing campaign strategy, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance, ticket sales, and audience behavior to identify trends, measure success, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies using patron data, demographics, and engagement insights.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to develop compelling campaign assets that inspire audiences and support organizational goals.
  • Work closely with Patron Services and colleagues across the organization to coordinate promotions, marketing calendars, messaging, and audience engagement initiatives.
  • Help forecast marketing performance and optimize advertising investments across concerts and campaigns.
  • Support email marketing journeys and digital content strategies that strengthen patron relationships and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, bringing new ideas and innovative approaches to audience development.
  • Attend concerts and events to better understand the patron experience and identify opportunities to strengthen audience engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Four or more years of professional marketing or audience development experience, preferably within the performing arts, entertainment, nonprofit, or live event industries.
  • Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital and traditional advertising platforms.
  • Experience using CRM or ticketing databases to support audience development and marketing analysis; Tessitura experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into marketing strategies. Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.

Status and Compensation:

This is a full-time, exempt position currently following a hybrid work model with 1-2 days per week in the office. Attendance at concerts, performances, and events is an important part of the role to support marketing initiatives and remain connected to the patron experience. Evening, weekend, and occasional travel are required.

Salary Range: $70-75k
