Triple V (https://www.triple3v.org/) is seeking a Marketing Manager for a direct hire position in the La Jolla area. This is an onsite role with operations Tuesdays through Saturdays, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Triple V is an organization dedicated to shining a light on enterprising, resilient, and creative students. At the heart of our nonprofit organization is the Triple V Me Scholarship, which provides a platform for students to share their inspirational stories. Through our scholarship, mentorships, and research, we help get young leaders the resources they need to succeed.

What will you do:

Manage a growing team of Marketing Staff to help with the continued growth of Triple V through various marketing opportunities. While this is a management role, the candidate must be willing to continue to contribute in a hands-on fashion with all marketing activities including, but not limited to:

Film, edit, and publish engaging videos targeted to the Triple V audience that align with the organization’s social media policy

Manage the organization’s TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ad Manager, and other social media channels

Develop a successful strategy to increase followers and promote the organization

Provide monthly analytics on social media performance to the team admin and the board of directors with respect to the organization’s progress

Develop new and innovative ways, utilizing skills in creating and running advertisement campaigns, to raise brand awareness for Triple V

Stay current with trends and YouTube guidelines

Develop new and innovative ways to raise brand awareness for Triple V

Assist with managing special projects as requested

Ensure work duties are performed in accordance with company safety policies and procedures; ensure client programs follow safety protocols

Represent Triple V’s values daily

What will you have to be successful:

Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for various marketing channels

Advertisement Campaigns: Execute and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms

Product Marketing: Contribute to product marketing strategies and assist in product management activities

What will your experience and education look like:

Bachelor’s degree in Videography or Digital Communication preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience creating and editing videos for YouTube

Knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other social media algorithms

Proven track record of increasing followers on social media

Proficiency with Adobe Creative and Canva

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere preferred

Proficiency with various technologies including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

What will your work environment be:

Onsite, Indoor office setting as well as fieldwork for video projects

Frequent use of office equipment including computer, keyboard, and mouse

Occasional travel to schools or other locations – travel is reimbursed

Travel could be twice a week every other Saturdays, could be indoor/outdoor
