Role Overview
As the
Marketing Implementation Administrator
, you’ll play a key role in supporting our content rollouts, creative workflows, and internal coordination. This is a hands-on, hybrid role where you’ll work across social media scheduling, basic design, admin, content planning, and campaign support.
It’s perfect for someone with agency experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about using creativity for good.

Roles and Responsibilities
Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms
Assist with basic design tasks using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Provide admin and organisational support to the team (e.g. process coordination, document filing, internal tracking)
Help maintain brand and messaging consistency across internal and external comms
Support with content planning, brainstorming, and light copywriting
Contribute to campaign coordination, community engagement, and event logistics
Work alongside the creative team to implement multimedia elements including podcast and video content
Stay current with digital and marketing trends, offering fresh ideas
Qualifications And Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing, creative, digital or production agency
Based in Cape Town and available for full-time in-office work
Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)
Proficiency in social media scheduling and management tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
Advantageous Skills
Experience in basic video editing or visual storytelling
Ability to make small website updates (e.g. WordPress)
Creative thinking and an eye for visual content
