Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing & Donor Relations Associate based in Jacksonville, FL. The Marketing & Donor Relations Associate will be responsible for managing daily marketing activities, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, handling customer service, and fostering positive relationships with clients & donors. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
Experience in Sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Familiarity with financial services and/or nonprofit organizations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Active in your Christian faith and church membership
