Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow and sustain multiple media verticals.
Drive audience engagement, brand positioning, and monetization strategies.
Manage content creation across digital, video, and multimedia platforms.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of editors, reporters, videographers, and digital content creators.
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in media, content strategy, or editorial management.
Strong journalism and digital media background, with expertise in multimedia content production.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Expertise in digital media growth strategies, including audience engagement, SEO, and content distribution.
Salary: $130-150k + performance-based bonuses + benefits
