Overview
SRC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Designee Marketing team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Designee Marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies for our accredited hospitals and surgeons.
We are looking for someone who is equal parts creative and strategic. You should be talented in graphic design, social media, and copywriting, but also possess skills in managing workflows, deadlines, and multiple projects.
SRC is a fully remote organization. Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team but sufficiently self-motivated to work independently from their home office.
This position will report to the Senior Manager of Designee Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative/Marketing Responsibilities
Design social media content for our designees
Create videos
Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including press releases, articles, marketing collateral, and social media posts
Develop marketing materials for digital and print
Project Management Responsibilities
Work with the Designee Marketing team to conduct research and develop marketing plans for our accredited hospitals and surgeons
Oversee projects in Hive, our project management system
Assign and route tasks to other team members
Meet with designees to provide project updates and follow-up
Assist in the coordination of virtual events and webinars
Coordinate projects with other departments (MarComm, Account Management)
Perform administrative tasks as needed
MUST HAVES
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
Experience with email campaigns, marketing automation tools, marketing analytics and reporting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Experience in copywriting and social media for businesses
Excellent communicator with a positive attitude
Task and deadline-driven
Detail oriented
Exceptional organizational skills
Self-sufficient, motivated, and ambitious
Strong time management skills
Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences
NICE TO HAVES
Healthcare industry experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
