Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a nonprofit organization dedicated to public awareness and community engagement initiatives. This role focuses on executing a grant-funded campaign to educate communities, collect data, and distribute key insights.
Job Description:
The Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for leading a statewide public awareness campaign focused on substance use prevention, treatment awareness, and harm reduction. This role involves developing strategy, managing outreach, gathering community insights, and collaborating with stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical skills, marketing experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of a four-phase public awareness campaign
Conduct community research, analyze data, and summarize findings in reports
Manage outreach efforts, including focus groups, listening sessions, and partnerships with community organizations
Oversee content creation, including brochures, educational materials, and other collateral
Develop audience segmentation strategies to enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness
Ensure campaign compliance with grant requirements and reporting standards
Collaborate with internal teams, marketing professionals, and external partners to align messaging and goals
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for special events
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in marketing campaigns, public awareness initiatives, or community outreach
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
Additional Details:
Schedule: Hybrid role, 3 days onsite (flexible days)
Contract Duration: Through June 30th, 2025
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40-hour workweek)
