Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Deploy ad-hoc and recurring email campaigns for a variety of stakeholders using the Eloqua Marketing Automation Platform.
- Create and execute automated campaigns based on gathered business requirements.
- Build emails, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua using WYSIWYG and HTML editors.
- Use the email review and approval process including testing, proofing, feedback collection, and approvals.
- Manage and coordinate the team’s email marketing calendar.
- Assist with analysis of campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or IT with a focus on marketing automation.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Oracle Eloqua proficiency is a plus.
- Basic coding experience is a plus, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of major LLMs, including Copilot and Claude, is a plus.
- Strong process orientation with the ability to analyze requests, determine scope, research options, recommend solutions, collaborate with IT and Digital Platforms teams, and measure project success.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
