We’re looking for a sharp, detail-loving Marketing Automation & Analytics Specialist to join our in-house Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes maestro orchestrating automated campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing how we engage with supporters and potential supporters.

This is a hybrid role based in Palmetto, Florida, reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Do
Build and Optimize Automated Journeys
Design and manage email journeys in Constant Contact—from welcome series to event follow-ups and re-engagement campaigns.
Use segmentation and logic-based workflows to ensure personalized, timely communication that supports fundraising, events, adoptions, and more.
Collaborate with creative and digital teammates to align assets and audience touchpoints.
Streamline Our Systems
Use tools like Zapier to connect platforms and automate manual tasks (think syncing event signups, donation triggers, or volunteer updates).
Maintain clean, healthy email lists with proper tagging, suppression, and compliance.
Support integrations across systems, including FundraiseUp, WordPress, Event Espresso, and Twilio.
Monitor KPIs for campaigns across email, web, and social—reporting on what’s performing and why.
Build dashboards and recurring reports using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and internal data sources.
Help the team understand the “why” behind the numbers—and turn those insights into stronger strategies.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices—including emerging AI capabilities.

Share your knowledge to help the team work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years in marketing automation, email strategy, or digital campaign ops
Experience with Constant Contact, Zapier, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
Familiarity with segmentation, trigger-based journeys, and user lifecycle planning
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into action
Attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a proactive, collaborative spirit
Bonus points for knowledge of UTM tagging, HTML emails, or nonprofit campaign strategy
Curiosity and adaptability, especially when it comes to AI and automation advancements
