Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute dynamic marketing campaigns to support philanthropic initiatives and raise awareness for nonprofit partners
Collaborate with nonprofit organizations to align marketing strategies with their mission and goals
Organize, manage, and promote fundraising events to increase visibility, donor engagement, and participation
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders to ensure ongoing support
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts
Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and outreach programs, helping to build and sustain partnerships
Support the team in achieving fundraising goals, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across campaigns
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience in marketing, fundraising, or event coordination is a plus
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage audiences
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives
Creative mindset with a passion for philanthropy, community engagement, and making a positive impact
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, as needed
