Job Description:
Na’atik is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing campaigns for its Spanish and Maya language immersion programs. You will assist with market research, content creation, and performance tracking to help position Na’atik’s programs effectively and engage potential students.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Create content for email campaigns, blog posts, and promotional materials.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
Help coordinate community-focused events, workshops, and webinars.
Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Work closely with the social media team to ensure content quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
Experience with email marketing platforms and content management.
Strong communication skills and ability to craft engaging messages.
Basic understanding of analytics tools.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of community-based marketing and nonprofit strategies is a plus.
Creative problem-solving skills and passion for cross-cultural learning.
Background & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or coordination.
Experience in a nonprofit or educational context is a plus.
