Job Description
Assisting the Market Manager in completing the acquisition process to ensure the hotel data has been completely collected.
Upload all the data into the system correctly, or if MDE (Market Data Entry) is available in the region, coordinate with the MDE for data uploading. Verifying the uploaded data (content) and making sure that everything is complete and correct.
Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skill, have attention to detail, adaptive to new situation, have willingness to learn, independent and have ownership.
Guide the hotels in entering information into the extranet to completion.
Process the hotel to go live into the Traveloka system.
Identify, prioritize, and contact new accommodation properties and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in the assigned market.
Report and analyze – plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and be able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues and opportunities with team and manager.
Optimize use of process and systems – Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems.
Guide the hotels in entering information into the extranet to completion.
Work with hotels on promotional activities to increase bookings.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in partnership/business development at reputable e-commerce, telco, banking, FMCG, tourism business, etc;
Willingness to visit customers and work outside the office;
Willingness to make partner calls on a daily basis;
Excellent interpersonal, ability to effectively communicate to various levels (both verbal & written), and negotiation skills;
Familiarity with hotel, service, and online travel agent business;
Fluent in Vietnamese and English in writing, speaking & listening;
High-impact personality: intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationships, team player;
Hungry, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven;
Organization and time management skills, rigor, and attention to detail;
Proven follow-up/persistence when facing challenging situations;
Ability to multi-task effectively; must be able to change gears quickly without skipping a beat.
Fluent in Viet Nam and English
