Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through the execution of test cases, reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing manually.
Identify, log, and track bugs using bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Document test results and report QA metrics.
Participate in test planning, design, and review sessions.
Suggest process improvements to improve the overall product quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in manual testing.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience with any bug tracking tool (Jira preferred).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
