About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Youth Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of initiatives that promote the mental health and well-being of children and youth. This role involves working closely with senior leaders to create an enterprise-wide strategy, partnering with internal teams and external organizations, and overseeing grantmaking efforts.

The role requires the design and implementation of a stakeholder-informed strategy, serving as a subject matter expert in youth behavioral health, and managing a team to support a dynamic portfolio of grants and contracts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth behavioral health, resiliency, and trauma-informed care, and will be adept at building and leveraging cross-sector relationships to advance solutions. Team leadership skills are essential, as the role involves managing and supporting a team to ensure the success of the organization’s goals.
