The Child and Family Programs division requires a highly-motivated and innovative professional to provide leadership and direction to Ministry staff in the delivery of initiatives that will provide support to the development of healthy families within communities and self-reliance. The successful candidate will accomplish this by leading a staff of highly-trained and dedicated personnel in the area of Child and Family Programs.
As the Manager, Service Delivery, you will have a personal management style exemplified by respect, consultation and empowerment in order to encourage employees to achieve success in their work.
Typically, the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the job will be obtained through a university degree in Social Work, a relevant undergraduate degree and progressive management experience in a human service program delivery setting.
This is a permanent assignment serving Regina. Travel is required.
