Position: Â Manager/senior Executive, Community Partnership
The Manager/Senior Executive, Community Partnership shall be responsible for developing strategies and implementing projects pertaining to fundraising and donor, partner and volunteer engagement and management.
** Roles & Responsibilities
– Develop strategies and implement fundraising initiatives, focusing on digital fundraising projects, to improve service continuity.
– Build and strengthen
collaborative
relationships with donors, partners and volunteers.
– Develop strategies and implement programmes to recruit, engage and manage volunteers.
– Manage external and publicity-related communications.
– Create and upload content for organisation’s social media platforms.
– Implement cloud-based Volunteer Management and Donor Management solutions to improve operational efficiency and IT security of organisation’s volunteer and donor management database.
– Ensure compliance with Charities Regulations requirements and other requirements by the Commissioner of Charities.
– Perform any other duties as assigned.
** Requirements and Competencies
– A good Bachelor degree in a related field is preferred
– 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience in community partnership and fundraising in social service agencies/IPC charities is preferred.
– Applicants with fewer years of relevant work experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive position.
– Good oral and written
communication skills

– Willing to learn and be guided.
– Good stakeholder and event management skills.
– Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
