Position:
Manager of CSR Non-Profit Organization
Reports to: CSR Committee, Board of Directors, or equivalent within the parent company
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to lead our non-profit organization and help us advance our mission in alignment with our parent company’s CSR goals. This key leadership role is responsible for program development, marketing, financial management, and community relations. If you are committed to ethical leadership, transparency, and making a real impact, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the organization’s mission and CSR goals.
Program Development:
Design and evaluate impactful community programs.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture relationships with community leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure the organization adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
What We’re Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields is advantageousbut not required.
Proven experience in non-profit management, CSR, or related fields (bonus if you’ve worked in a similar role!).
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication, and financial management abilities.
A passion for addressing community needs and making a lasting impact.
