Position: Â Manager, Partnerships
KidSTART Singapore Ltd. (KSL) is a non-profit organization, incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee under the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) in Sep 2020 to support low-income families with children 0-6 years old in child development, especially through the KidSTART programme.
Description of Division/Branch The Partnership team oversees the engagement with corporate partners and volunteers. This involves planning and reviewing of donations, volunteer management, and partnership plans.
The role will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team looking into donations, sustaining of partnerships, related initiatives and engagements, overseeing corporate volunteers and administrative matters.
Responsibilities Partnership efforts
Be the main lead in at least three Partner related accounts
Support in the development of co-branded programmes and initiatives while ensuring overall organisational goals are met Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address needs of the beneficiaries through the programmes and initiatives
Oversee contracts and agreements with the Partner and ensure that deliverables are met Oversee and ensure smooth running of all initiatives (eg: Distributions) and events (eg: Launch events, workshop) related to the Partner Account.
Support Reporting Officers in managing targets, inventory and budget of the respective accounts
Oversee at least three partners independently while reporting back to Reporting Officer with regular updates
Ensure timely submission of reports and managing of calendar of events of Partners Cross departmental work assignments
Manage up to 3 cross departmental work assignments at one time. (eg: Desk head liaison for the team on KidSTART Agencies deliverables, Needs Assessments Framework)
Manage other duties and ad-hoc projects assigned in relation to Engagement work Ensure regular updates to Reporting Officer on project status.
Qualifications/Competencies
A Degree with at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in social service or non-profit sector
A keen interest in partnerships & stakeholder management
Meticulous and good with numbers so as to track, monitor and report utilization of funding and budgets from Partners Good IT and Microsoft skills (E.g. Sales Force, Microsoft Excel and etc)
