About the Role:
We’re expanding our fundraising and partnerships team, and are looking for a high-performing,
mission-driven
professional to lead CSR sales and corporate engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands the CSR landscape, is passionate about the Circular Economy and
Sustainability
, and has a
proven track record
of fundraising and building lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth by securing CSR funding from corporate and institutional partners.
Identify, build, and nurture long-term relationships with CSR, ESG, and
Sustainability
heads across industries.
Develop compelling proposals, concept notes, and responses to RFPs (including grant proposals), both nationally and internationally.
Represent Synergie at key forums, and collaborate with internal teams to co-create
impactful
CSR programs.
Build a network of ecosystem partners, influencers, and alliances that enable strategic opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications &
Experience:
Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
4–5 years of proven success in CSR sales, corporate partnerships, or fundraising in the social sector.
Demonstrated knowledge of Circular Economy, ESG, CSR, and
Sustainability
frameworks.
Strong network with CSR/
sustainability
leaders across corporates.
Excellent
communication
and presentation skills in English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office and proposal/pitch deck creation.
