• Coach team members to secure major gifts from diverse donors
• Collaborate with the Prospect Development team for donor relations
• Create tailored presentations and engaging fundraising proposals
• Oversee revenue forecasting and reporting for the team
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of relevant fundraising experience
• 3+ years in managerial roles or people leadership
• Strong analytical skills with fundraising data
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
