Manager – Corporate Relations and Volunteering
Location:
Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage corporate relations and partnerships, fostering relationships with key stakeholders to enhance organizational visibility and support.
Oversee volunteer management programs, including recruitment, training, and engagement strategies to maximize volunteer impact and satisfaction.
Lead fundraising initiatives, strategizing and executing campaigns to secure funds for organizational projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and guidelines, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate relations, volunteer activities, and fundraising efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and implement effective donor engagement plan for CSR partners
Qualifications:
master degree in Business Administration/Social work, or related field;
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate relations, fundraising, and volunteer management within the NGO or CSR space
Strong understanding of CSR regulations and policies.
Excellent
communication

Ability to work effectively in a
collaborative team
environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
