Manager, Campaign Operations Jobs in Remote at American Diabetes Association
The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Manager, Campaign Operations to support the Field Campaign and Community Initiatives Team. Reporting to the Director of Campaign Operations, this role will ensure the smooth execution of campaign operations by managing administrative functions, vendor relationships, technology platforms, fundraising materials, and campaign materials. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with expertise in event support, database management, and virtual training platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage and lead all administrative support functions to ensure efficiency across campaign operations.
Oversee and maintain SharePoint files, ensuring appropriate access and seamless support for staff.
Provide data for team meetings, manage agendas, and own meeting action items.
Vendor & Incentive Management
Serve as the primary liaison for the external incentive and recognition vendor, ensuring timely order fulfillment and smooth operations.
Track incentive programs and coordinate with field staff on recognition fulfillment.
Partner with field staff to place event orders, recognition & incentive items.
Technology & Database Support
Provide support for DonorDrive, ensuring accurate data entry and troubleshooting as needed.
Act as the expert in Microsoft Teams and Zoom, managing and running all training sessions, meetings, and virtual events.
Campaign & Event Support
Assist in editing and refining campaign materials to align with ADA branding and messaging.
Support event production, including logistics and operational execution.
Support campaign marketing asset management
Support and lead updating staff resources and tools.
Special Projects
Lead or support special projects assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of campaign operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
3+ years of experience in campaign operations, administrative support, event coordination, or a related field.
Exceptional detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across multiple areas of business
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and DonorDrive.
Strong understanding of peer-to-peer fundraising
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Experience managing vendors and placing orders on behalf of a distributed team.
Ability to edit and format campaign materials with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel, up to 5-10% required

Industry competitive base pay ranging from $67,000 – $73,000 for this role. Base offers are determined by several factors including but not limited to your relevant work experience, education, certifications, location, internal pay equity, etc.
