Role Description The Manager at Labadi Christian Foundation is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra. This role oversees daily operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring programs focused on evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and community outreach. The Manager will supervise staff and volunteers, manage budgets and resources, and ensure that projects align with the foundation’s mission and strategic goals. Typical responsibilities include organizing events and trainings, building partnerships with churches and community organizations, preparing reports for leadership and donors, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The Manager will also support fundraising efforts, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative, faith-based work culture.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills to plan, implement, and evaluate multiple programs and initiatives.
- Leadership and team management abilities, including supervising staff and volunteers, delegating tasks, and nurturing a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging stakeholders, preparing reports, and representing the foundation publicly.
- Experience in non-profit or NGO management, community development, or social services, preferably in a faith-based context.
- Sound financial literacy, including basic budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting to ensure responsible use of funds.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build partnerships with churches, community groups, donors, and local leaders.
- Demonstrated alignment with the Christian mission of the organization and readiness to work in a ministry-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Theology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in basic office software and digital tools for documentation, communication, and program tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in Accra, manage time effectively
